Negative thoughts still really bad so kept it easy with food from the pantry and freezer. Panfried Salmon with lemon pepper and garlic, rice cooked in chicken broth, and broccoli. Made a dipping sauce for the side with soy, rice vinegar, maple syrup, garlic, and sesame oil πŸ˜ŒπŸšπŸ£
